Vertical Calibration
Step 1: Press the aligning rod (A) against a perfectly vertical wall
Step 2: Follow normal aligning procedure until the bubble of the spirit level is centered.
Step 3: The scale should now be pointing at zero degrees.
Horizontal Calibration
Step 4: Place the aligning rod (A) against a perfectly horizontal plane.
Step 5: Follow normal aligning procedure until the bubble of the spirit level (B) is centred.
Step 6: The scale (C) should now be pointing at 90 degrees.
Step 7: If the statements in step 3 and 6 are not true then the CELaligner
®
is out of order and should not
be used.
The CELaligner
®
should be calibrated once every 12 months.
