Maintenance and care
With purchase of the Rex-Royal coffee machine, you have decided in favour to high quality product. We take this op-
portunity to give our customers few tipps on how to keep your coffee machine in good condition for a long time, and
to ensure that your coffee is always on the highest quality.
The optimal quality of beverage
Observe the general hygiene rules for milk, instant and coffee products.
Only use refrigerated milk with a maximum temperature of 5°C.
Only use high quality coffee beans. Try to match your coffee products to your customers requests under conside-
ration of strength, variety, roast, etc.
Store your coffee beans in a cool, dry place. Never leave the coffee unsealed.
Close the hopper immediately after refill. Never fill the bean hoppers before a long break, e.g. overnight or over
the weekend.
Use only approved instant powder.
Flush the machine through after a long break.
Cleaning
Daily care of the coffee machine is very important. It guarantees a neutral taste and longer service life of your coffee

Service
A professional machine demands professional service. We recommend the coffee machine to be serviced twice a year
trained service technicians. Regular servicing extends the service life of your coffee machine. In addition, the service

Water
Water quality is an important factor in making a good cup of coffee. Too much limescale, or other flavours, can sig-
