4 - REGENERATION OF THE MASK FOR REUSE ON DIFFERENT
PATIENTS
Notes:
- The mask should always be regenerated before being used on a
new patient.
- The headgear (e) must be replaced.
The mask can be regenerated for up to 20 cycles by one of the
following processes:
● thermal disinfection at a high level;
● chemical disinfection at a high level;
● autoclave sterilization.

5 - TROUBLESHOOTING

Difficulty
breathing.
Patient circuit not
inserted correctly.
Connect the patient circuit
Noisy mask. ● The mask is
assembled incorrectly;
● The mask is not
positioned correctly.
● Disassemble the mask
and then reassemble it
as described in the user
manual.
● Reposition the mask on
your face and adjust the
headgear as described in
the user manual.

Air leaks
between the
cushion and
the face.
● The mask is not
properly positioned on
the face.
● The straps of the
headgear are not
properly adjusted (too
tight or too loose).
● The size of the mask
may not be correct.
● Reposition the mask
and adjust the headgear
as described in the user
manual.
● Contact your doctor or
the technician to find the
correct size
6 - DISPOSAL
The mask components are made of the materials indicated below.
They do not contain hazardous substances and can therefore be
disposed of with ordinary household waste.
