How should I clean my
covering?
Your terrace covering is outside for years,
day after day. If you want to enjoy your
Renson covering optimally at all times,
we recommend regular maintenance.
The texture is made of powder coated
aluminium. An annual cleaning with
the Renson Maintenance Set products
ensures years of preserving the intense
colour and provides additional protection
against acid rain, sea air and UV rays.
Maintenance is designated at least 2 x
per year in coastal areas and wooded
environments.
See page 89 for detailed maintenance
instructions.
Does the weather affect my
covering?
The coverings are powder coated as
standard and provided with a Seaside
Quality pre-treatment. This coating is
resistant to any kind of weather.
However, your terrace covering is outside
for years, day after day.
If you want to enjoy your Renson covering
optimally at all times, we recommend
regular maintenance, so 1 to 2 times a
year. As a result, the covering will last
longer.
Should the covering be
technically inspected?
As a manufacturer, we recom-
mend an annual technical inspec-
tion of your installation by the
installer.
What if I have a defect
within the warranty
period? How should I
report this?
You can report a defect via your
Ambassador/Distributor where
you bought the Renson cove-
ring. When invoking the warranty,
Renson will always examine the
product and decide whether the
defect is covered by the warranty.
Please always provide the serial
number to your installer when re-
porting problems.
