Slide the empty box into the back part of the side channel.

Secure the box to the side channel using Allen key 2,5 (DIN 915 M5x10). Do this at both sides.

Place the back side of the side channel with the empty box into its final position.

Side channel S, G

The hole of ø10mm is always pre-drilled, the hole of ø5mm still needs to be drilled.

• Allow a distance of 750mm between two sequential holes for the assembly.

• Fix the screws and make sure that the screw head is integrated (flush-mounted) to prevent

obstruction of the H-PVC inner rail.

• The drillings need to be done as straight as possible to guarantee a good fastening of the

side channels (certainly in case of high wind load).

Side channel D

In case of side channel ‘D’, it is advisable to perform the drilling from the outside.

Take into account that in case of installation method 7B, the side channels are

placed in recess mounting position.
