Safety instructions
First, read the complete operating instructions carefully, as they contain
important information about the proper operation.
Damage due to not following these operating instructions will void the
warranty! We do not assume any liability for any resulting damage!
We do not assume any liability for material and personal damage caused
by improper use or non-compliance with the safety instructions! In such
cases, the warranty will be null and void!
• For safety reasons, any unauthorised conversion and/or modification to
the product is not permitted.
• The product is designed in compliance with safety class II and must only
be used with a mains socket connected to the public electric grid.
• Do not look straight into the light rays during operation. Temporarily, the
light beams can lead to visual defects. Moreover, they may trigger epilep-
tic seizures in vulnerable persons. Of course, this applies particularly to
epileptics.
• Never touch the mains plug with wet or damp hands. There is danger of a
life-threatening electric shock!
• The mains plug must be pulled out of the mains socket to completely dis-
connect the device from the mains.
• Devices that operate on the mains voltage must be kept out of the reach of
children. Therefore take precaution when using the device when children
are around, especially, if they attempt to push objects through the open-
ings of the enclosure into the device. There is a life-threatening electric
shock hazard.
• Check the device for damage frequently. If the stroboscope or the mains
cable is damaged, do not touch it. First, switch off the appropriate mains
socket (e.g. via the respective circuit-breaker) and then carefully pull the
mains plug from the socket. Do not use the product after that and take it to
a specialist workshop instead.
• Damaged mains cable may only be replaced by the manufacturer, their
technical customer service or a similarly authorized and qualified person.
• Never place vessels or containers containing liquids, such as glasses,
buckets, vases or plants, on the device or in the direct vicinity of the de-
vice. Liquids may seep into the casing and thus impair the electrical safety
of the device. Furthermore, there is a significant risk of fire or of a lethal
electric shock! If this is the case, de-energise the appropriate socket (e.g.
switch off circuit breaker) before removing the plug-in mains unit from the
socket. The product must no longer be used after that; take it to a special-
ist workshop.
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, dripping or sprayed water,
strong vibrations or heavy mechanical stress.
• Do not place open flames, such as burning candles, on or near the device.
• If you have doubts about how the product should be operated, or about
safety or the connection of the product, consult an expert.
• Do not leave packaging materials unattended. It may become a dangerous
plaything for children.
• Do not leave the device in operation when it is unattended.
• Do not use the device in a tropical climate.
• Also observe any further safety instructions in the individual chapters of
these operating instructions.
• If you are unsure about how to connect the product properly, or should
you have any questions that are not answered in these operating instruc-
tions, please contact our technical service or consult a professional.

Intended use
The stroboscope generates lighting effects and is used in the private sector on dance
floors, in party rooms etc.
It is only approved for connection to 230 V/50 Hz alternating current. Do not use any
other power supply.
The product may only be used in enclosed indoor locations. Outdoor use is not al-
lowed. Do not expose to moisture, under any circumstances.
Any use other than that described above could lead to damage to this product and
involves the risk of short circuits, fire, electric shock, etc.
Read the operating instructions carefully and keep them for later reference.
No part of the product may be modified or converted.
The safety instructions must be observed at all times.
