• Do not operate the device outdoors.
• Do not operate the device when it is unattended.
• Operate the device only with the corresponding unit base
• Turn the unit off and unplug the power cord if the de-
vice is not in use.
• The product is not a toy. The kettle and the unit base
with the cable must be kept out of reach of children
under 8 years.
• This unit can be used by children aged 8 years and
above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and know-
ledge, when they have been given supervision or in-
struction concerning the safe use of the device and
understand the resulting risks. Do not let children play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
must not be carried out by children without supervision.
• The device is manufactured according to protection
class 1. As a voltage source, only a proper AC outlet
(230 V/50 Hz) from the public supply network must be
used, in shockproof design.
• Always check the power line before using the device. If
it shows signs of damage and it is already plugged, do
not touch it. First switch off all poles of the mains socket
to which the product is connected (switch off automatic
fuse or remove the fuse, switch off RCD) and then pull
the mains plug carefully out of the mains socket. Never
use the device if it has a damaged power line.
• If the power cable of this appliance is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or
a similarly qualified person, in order to avoid a hazard.
• Never touch the kettle, the power cord or the power
plug during usage with wet or damp hands. There is
danger of a life-threatening electric shock!
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, drip-
ping or spraying water, strong vibrations or heavy me-
chanical stress.
• Handle the product with care, it can be damaged by
impacts, blows, or accidental drops, even from a low
height.
• Never dip the device or the base in water and do not
expose it to high humidity or moisture.
• Do not leave packaging materials unattended. It may
become a dangerous plaything for children.
• Do not use the device any longer if it has faults or de-
fects, but take it for repair to a professional. Improper
repairs may result in substantial hazards to the user of
the device.

the safety of the product, please consult a specialist.
