b) Battery
• Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the battery.
• The battery should be removed from the device if it is not used for a long period of time to
avoid damage through leaking. Leaking or damaged batteries might cause acid burns when
in contact with skin, therefore use suitable protective gloves to handle corrupted batteries.
• Batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave batteries lying around, as there
is risk, that children or pets swallow them.
•
Batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into fire. Never recharge non-
rechargeable batteries. There is a risk of explosion!
Inserting/replacing the battery (IR remote control)
•
The round cell battery is already inserted into the IR remote control on delivery. Before first use, remove the
transparent plastic protective strip from the remote control. The protective strip prevents battery discharge.
• Replace the battery when the remote control’s range decreases or when the product no longer responds
to IR remote control commands. Proceed as follows to insert a battery:
- Push the battery holder locking lever to the right and simultaneously pull the battery holder out of the
IR remote control completely.
- Insert a new round cell battery, type CR2025, into the battery holder. The positive pole must face up
(see +” imprint on the battery).
- Slide the battery holder back into the IR remote control and make sure that the locking lever clicks into
place.
Operation
a) Turning on and off
• To turn on the product, plug it into the on-board voltage socket.
• To turn off, unplug the product or press and hold the button for approx. 3 seconds.
• When the product is plugged in but turned off, press and hold the button for approx. 3 seconds to turn
it on.
b) Making a link (pairing)
Once the product is paired with the mobile phone, the connection is established automatically
whenever the product is turned on and the mobile phone is in range.
• Turn the product on.
• Activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
• After a short time, “BT70” appears in the list of available Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone. Select
this device.
If you are prompted to enter a password, enter 0000.
• As soon as the connection is established, the name of your mobile device appears on the display of the
product.
c) Adjusting the volume
• To increase the volume, rotate the rotary button in clockwise direction, or press the VOL+ button on the
remote.
• To reduce the volume, rotate the rotary button in counter-clockwise direction, or press the VOL- button
on the remote.
d) Equalizer
•
Following settings are available: NORMAL, ROCK, POP, CLASSIC, SOFT, JAZZ, DBB.
• To toggle between equalizer modes, press the EQ button on the remote control.
e) FM transmitter
•
Tune your FM car radio to an unused FM frequency.
•
Tune the product to the same FM frequency using
CH+ or CH- buttons.
You can also use the buttons 0 to 9 on the remote control to set the frequency. Press the CH+ button to
confirm. The decimal point will be set automatically between the third and fourth digit.
• The audio signal from the product will be transmitted wirelessly to the car radio.
f) microSD card
• Insert a microSD card into the card slot on the left side of the display unit. The playback starts automatically.
• To play or pause a song, press the rotary button on the transmitter or
button on the remote control.
• To switch to another folder, press or Folder- button on the remote control.
• To switch between songs, press or on the transmitter, or press
or
on the remote control.
• To choose a particular song, press the number of the song on the remote control and then press
to confirm.
•
To play all files from the card in an infinite loop, press
on the remote control.
g) AUX port
The AUX port can be used as an input or output.
To switch between input and output mode, disconnect the product from the on-board socket and
plug it in again. The cable must be connected before connecting the product to the on-board
socket.
Stop the memory card playback before setting up the connection.
Input
Connect a playback device (e.g. MP3 player) via the included cable to the AUX port on the product. The
audio signal from the playback device will be transmitted wirelessly to the car radio.
Output
Connect the product via the included cable to the input port on the car radio. In this way you can transmit
audio signals via Bluetooth from your smartphone to the product. These audio signals will be transmitted to
the car radio via cable. In this way you achieve a better sound quality.

The product is designed to transmit audio signals (e.g. phone calls, music) wirelessly to a car radio. The
product enables to charge and operate up to two USB devices in a vehicle. Power is supplied via the car‘s
on-board voltage socket. Use the product in dry indoor areas only.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product for
purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper use can cause

a) General information

This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become dangerous playing
material for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity,
moisture, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, stop using it and prevent unauthorized
use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
