If the ceiling light does not light up, switch off the mains voltage immediately (take

out the fuse or switch off the circuit breaker, and switch off the earth fault circuit

interrupter).

•  Thereafter, check the connections of the ceiling lamp.
•  Replace the round light cover removed at the beginning onto the mounting plate and lock it by

turning it clockwise slightly to the right (see fig. 10). At that, the three grooves on the outside

circumference of the light cover must engage with three cap nuts on the inner circumference

of the mounting plate.

Operation

•  Once the mounting work is complete, the motion detector operating on the microwave

principle can be configured.

The functioning of the motion detector is tested by moving under the mounted ceiling

light:
•  The entire area must be cleared up and secured to eliminate any tripping or injury hazards

before the functional test! In case of insufficient lighting of the area, adequate lighting must

be ensured by other light sources.

•  Once the power supply of the ceiling light is switched on, the motion detector switches to the

warm-up phase lasting from approx. 30 seconds to a maximum of 1 minute.

•  It is automatically followed by a transition to the automatic mode. Switch off the ceiling lights

by the light switch and test the trigger function by passing under the motion detector. To do

this, set the LUX luminosity switch to <200 and the TIME switch for power-on time to 10 s.

See configuration table. For this purpose, the light cover must be removed and then replaced

again.

•  Once the motion detector in the ceiling light receives a valid triggering signal from within the

detection radius (e.g. caused by the movement of a person), the ceiling light switches on for

the selected power-on time.

The actual detection radius can be determined by slow walking!

Care and cleaning

•  The product is maintenance-free except for lamp replacement.
•  Disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning.
•  Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as

they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.

•  Only use a dry, fibre-free cloth to clean the product. Optionally, the dust can be removed with

a clean, soft brush.

Never use a damp cloth or water to clean the ceiling light.

Disposal

Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the

household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to

the relevant statutory regulations.

You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
