7.6 Special Function:

Automatic Parameter Display at

Programme Selection

With the automatic parameter display function acti-

vated:
•  The LEDs under the keys of those parameters for

which a value not equal to zero has been defi ned

go on for approx. 2 seconds when a programme is

selected.

•  The parameter values are each displayed for ap-

prox. 1 second in the following sequence:

Premix >> Pre-vacuum >> Speed >> Mixing time

>> Interval >> Post-vacuum

At the same time, the LED under the associated pa-

rameter key goes on.
This sequence can be interrupted at any time by

pressing a parameter key or by attaching a mixing

bowl.
Automatic parameter display at programme selection

can be activated / deactivated by:
1.  Switching the unit off;
2.  Simultaneously pressing and holding down the

pre- and post-vacuum keys;

3.  Switching the unit on (while continuing to press

the pre- and post-vacuum keys, Figure 25).

4.  The status change is indicated by a short audible

signal.

8. Cleaning / Maintenance

The

Twister evolution pro

 mixing unit is practically

maintenance-free.
Nonetheless, the inlet fi lter and the seals should be

cleaned regularly as part of a preventative mainte-

nance programme.

8.1 Cleaning the Inlet Filter

The vacuum built-up is only warranted with

cleaned suction fi lter.

Clean the suction fi lter regularly according to soiling,

at least monthly.
When fi lters are too heavy soiled, they have to be

changed (see spare part list).
1.  Switch the device off.
2.  Unscrew the intake fi lter (Fig. 27).
3.  Clean the fi lter in an ultrasound bath

(we recommend

GO-2011

 plaster solvent,

Art. No. 2011-0000).

4.  Reinstall the intake fi lter (Fig. 27).

Never operate the unit without the inlet fi lter!

8.2 Seal Surfaces

The following seal surfaces must always be kept

clean in order to ensure correct vacuum built up and

the secure retention of the mixing bowl during the

mixing process:

• Seal between the unit and the paddle

(Figure 28a);

• Seal between the paddle and the bowl

(Figure 28b).

8.3 Replacing the Unit and

Motor Fuse

1.  Unplug the unit from the wall outlet (Figure 13).
2.  Unscrew the fuse holder cover (Figure 29).
3.  Remove the fuse and replace it (Figure 30). Refer

to the "Technical Specifi cations" for the proper

fuse ratings.

Never use fuses with a higher current rating!

4.  Reinstall and close the fuse holder (Figure 29).

9. Spare Parts

Please refer to the enclosed spare parts list for the

order numbers of spare parts and consumables.

10. Warranty

Provided the unit is properly used, Renfert warrants

the

Twister evolution pro

 for a

period of 3 years

Presentation of the original bill of sale is required for

all warranty claims.
Components subject to natural wear (e.g., paddles,

mixing bowls, and intake fi lters) are excluded from

this warranty. The warranty is voided in case of im-

proper use; failure to observe the operating, cleaning,

maintenance, and connection instructions; in case of

independent repairs or repairs by unauthorized per-

sonnel; if spare parts from other manufacturers are

employed, or; in case of unusual infl uences or infl u-

ences not in compliance with the utilization instruc-

tions. Warranty service shall not extend the original

warranty.
