CLEANING
• Before using the device for the first time, clean the outer surface and oil
reservoir with a sponge and liquid cleaning material.
• After each use of the device, the burnt oil in the reservoir should definitely
be cleaned. Uncleaned oils can cause odor, harbor bacteria, and clog the oil
drain pipe with food waste.

MAINTENANCE
• These periodic maintenance should be done by a technical staff member.
• We recommend maintenance at least every 6 months depending on the
frequency of use.
• Even if it is within the warranty period, the maintenance of the device by
our technical service personnel is subject to a fee in case of malfunctions
resulting from lack of periodic maintenance and incorrect use.
The following details should be considered in maintenance.
Injectors: The injector hole must be completely clean. Air adjustment ring: It
should not be clean and clogged. The adjustment of the air mixer must be
made by the technical service personnel.
Safety: The flame should be smooth and in contact with t he thermocouple.
Burner: The paths and holes w here the gas passes should be clean and not
blocked. Obstructed surfaces and holes should be cleaned. The parts that
need to be removed during cleaning must be installed by the technical
service personnel and the gas leak must be checked with soap bubbles after
assembly.
