Condensate pump

Wiring Diagram

NOTE

All electrical wiring terminals
must be checked for tightness
and retightened if necessary.

NOTE

Prior to using the system, the
function of the condensate
pump must be tested with
respect to the delivery head.
Fill the condensate tank of the
unit housing with water and
test the function of the pump.
Ensure that the pump switches
off after pumping.

ATTENTION

Electrical connection of the
unit must be carried out by
authorised specialists as de-
fined in DIN EN 60335-1 and
VDE 0116.

Standard units:

/Y switching and thermal contacts.

Max. flow rate:

The compact condensate pump
must pump out the produced con-
densate in cooling operation.
The pump is a self-priming rotary
diaphragm pump.

The condensate is pumped out via
a flexible PVC condensate hose
with an internal diameter of 6 mm.

Safety information:

   Disconnect the power supply

before connecting, removing or
replacing the condensate pump.

   Do not use the condensate

pump for pumping flammable
and potentially explosive liquids
such as petrol, heating oil, sol-
vents, etc.

   The condensate pump must

only be used for pumping
liquids to which the pump ma-
terial is resistant.

   Do not use the condensate

pump in potentially explosive
atmospheres.

   Electrical connection must take

place as shown in the wiring
diagram. Ensure that the power
supply is earthed in compliance
with the statutory require-
ments.

   Ensure that the condensate

pump is not installed higher
than 7 m (maximum suction
head) above the drip tray outlet
and not deeper than 20 m
(maximum delivery head) be-
low the top of the condensate
drain.

The mains connection of the pump
must be protected with a 1 A mini-
ature fuse.
