Power
System does not turn on or does not
respond to the remote control.
Strange noises - unit does not work

Make sure AC power source is
connected to the wall outlet properly
and it has power.

Remove batteries, disconnect the unit
from the power source for 5 minutes.
Reconnect and try again.
Check
batteries and power. If this does not
help, leave the unit unplugged before
seeking advice.

Batteries low. Replace all with the
recommended type.
Apple Device: iPad/iPhone/iPod
Won’t play iPod files or will not function as
expected.

Make sure that function is set to USB
Music mode

Make sure Apple device is connected
to the correct USB port marked “iPad”
properly.

Pause mode may be activated; press
the Play/Pause button again.
Radio
Poor FM Reception.

Make sure the FM antenna is
extended.

Move the unit away from other
operating electrical equipment such as
motorized appliances, transformers,
televisions and microwave ovens.
