Aggregating with a tractor:
1. Observe the recommended minimum tractor front load in order to maintain
stability.
2. Be extremely careful when coupling the shredder with the tractor and when
disconnecting it.
3. Each time before starting work, check the correct operation of all safety
switches.
4. It is strictly forbidden to stay between the chipper and the tractor and in close
proximity when performing activities with the lever for operating the hydraulic
system.
5. It is forbidden for anyone to stand between the tractor and the chipper during
work.
6. Use only PTO shaft with cover. Working with a shaft without a guard or with a
damaged guard is strictly prohibited.
7. The shaft cover must be secured against rotation, e.g. by means of a chain.
8. Operation without WPM (power take-off shaft in the machine) and PTO (power
take-off shaft on the tractor) guards is prohibited.
9. The power take-off must be of sufficient length
Rules for the safe performance of work
1.Before starting work, make sure that the inlet and outlet are empty.
2. During operation and immediately after switching off do not touch the insertion
channel, do not put your hands deep into the feeder inlet (the device works for a
short while even after switching off).
3. When working with a tractor that does not have an emergency switch, two
people are required to operate the device, the operator of the tractor driving the
chipper and the operator of the chipper.
4. Operators must provide sufficient space and solid and a non-slip surface to work
with the device. Operator have to work only in daylight or very good artificial light-
ing.
5. Operators must also ensure a good balance and stability. Do not lean forward
and do not stand above the device when throwing material.
6. Keep your head, hair and body away from the insertion hole and use safety
goggles, ear protection and protective clothing.
7. Operators performing work with a chipper should constantly observe the area
of work and immediately stop work in the event of the appearance of bystanders
or animals in the machinery working area.
