are not the device with which you want to pair, disable their Bluetooth function and try pairing again.
- With the pairing operation, the device with which you do not want to pair may be turned on and connected to the turntable automatically. If this
occurs, change the device‘s setting not to turn on by the Bluetooth connection, turn off the device, and try pairing again.
- You cannot pair your turntable with smartphones, TVs, or computers. The turntable can use the Bluetooth function to send data to playback
devices that support Bluetooth wireless technology; however, because the turntable cannot receive data from smartphones, TVs, or computers,
the turntable cannot pair with them.
AUTO STOP
Auto stop, also known as auto shut off, uses a system to halt the record from spinning once it has finished playing or the stylus doesn’t come into
contact with the vinyl record for 5 minutes, rather than continuing to wear at the stylus.
STANDBY
This device is provided with an automatic standby mode which is automatically activated after 20 minutes of non-use; and then all the LEDs will
go out except the Power Indicator become weaker. In standby mode, the power consumption of the turntable is reduced to less than 0.5 W to avoid
unnecessary power consumption. The standby mode will be interrupted automatically as soon as the START/STOP button -6- is pressed.

SETTING UP & CONNECTIONS
1. Mount the turntable -1- to the motor. For this place the turntable above the turntable hub -3-.
2. Pull the belt to the lower side of the turntable over the drive hub -2-.
3. Place the supplied slipmat -4- above the turntable hub -3- onto the turntable. The 45-RPM adapter -20- enables the playback of standard 7“
vinyl records with large centre holes. Simply place the adapter on the turntable hub -3- and set the 33/45 selector -7- to 45 RPM.
4. Place the balancing weight -16- onto the pick-up arm.
NOTE!
The balancing weight scale -15- must face toward the DJ.
5. Screw the headshell with the pick-up system -10- into the pick-up arm -11-. The pick-up system is easy to exchange if required:
a) First loosen the fastening screw on the headshell and disconnect the cable of the supplied pick-up system.
b) Remove the old pick-up system from the headshell.
c) Now connect the leads of the pick-up system and observe the assignment of wires:
Colour Channel and polarity
White (L+) left, plus terminal
Blue (L-) left, minus terminal
Red (R+) right, plus terminal
Green (L-) right, minus terminal
d) Tighten the fastening screws to the headshell.
6. Connect the Audio Out cable -17- with the Phono inputs of your mixer. Connect the GND grounding cable -18- with the grounding screw of your
mixer. The Phono/Line Switch -21- is used to change the mode to Phono or Line output.
7. Connect the mains line with connecting socket -8- and an outlet.
8. Attach the dust cover -22- to the hinges of the dust cover -23- on the main unit.
NOTE!
When playing records, please remove the dust cover -22- to avoid unwanted noises.
OPERATION
1. BALANCING WEIGHT
Bring the pick-up arm lift -13- into the „DOWN“ position. Guide the pick-up arm -11- just before the turntable -1-. Adjust the balancing weight -16- by
turning it clockwise as such that the pick-up arm does not lean up nor down, i.e. it should be balanced in parallel to the record. Then return the
pick-up arm to its support -12-. Set the balancing scale -15- of the weight as such that the „0“ position is above the marked line. Continue turning
the balancing weight clockwise until the scale indicates the value which corresponds to the recommended stylus force of the pick-up system.
2. ANTI-SKATING WHEEL
Adjust the anti-skating wheel -14- as such that the value of the stylus force corresponds to the stylus force of the pick-up system.
3. POWER ON
After performing all connections turn on the device with the ON/OFF switch -5-; the turntable‘s illumination is activated.
4. PLAY
Place a record onto the slipmat on the turntable -1-. Use the 33/45 selectors -7- to set the correct speed. The LED of the respective selector
illuminates. Activate the START/STOP button -6-. Remove the needle protection from the pick-up system -10-. Now bring the pick-up lift -13- into
the „UP“ position and move the pick-up arm -11- just above the desired position of the record. Then bring the pick-up lift „Down“ so that the
pick-up arm lowers into the vinyl groove.
NOTE!
It is possible to leave the pick-up lift permanently in a „Down“ position and to lower the pick-up arm manually onto the desired position. When
doing so be sure not to damage the stylus of the pick-up system.
5. RPM FINE-TUNING
Use the Pitch Fader -9- to adjust the speed of the record. If you wish to play the vinyl in original speed bring the pitch fader into position „+/- 0%“.
6. BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
If the pairing button -19- lights up red, no Bluetooth connection is active. To connect a Bluetooth playback device, activate the Bluetooth pairing
of your playback device and then press the pairing button -19- of the RT-1 BT.
The pairing process is indicated by the button flashing blue. If a Bluetooth connection has been established, the pairing button -19- lights up blue
continuously. If you want to end the existing Bluetooth connection, press the pairing button -19- again. As soon as the connection is terminated,
the pairing key -19- lights up solid red again.
NOTE!
The turntable can register information of up to 8 paired devices, without having to pair the next or subsequent times you connect the device
to the turntable. For how to turn on the pairing mode for the device to which you want to connect, refer to the user‘s instructions supplied with
the device. If you are only using the Bluetooth connection and not connecting your turntable to another device using the audio cable, set the
Phono/Line Switch -21- to Line.
Tip
- Once you have paired your turntable and device, you can connect to the paired device simply by giving a short press to the pairing button -19- to
enable your turntable‘s Bluetooth function. You can also connect to the paired device and play vinyl records by pressing the Start/Stop button
-6- on the front of the turntable when the pairing indicator lights blue.
- You can delete all information for paired devices by pressing and holding the pairing button -19- for about 10 seconds, and then releasing it.
If You Cannot Pair Devices
- If there are playback devices, which support Bluetooth wireless technology nearby, that have the Bluetooth function enabled, but some of them
