9. After-sales service
(1) Abnormal conditions appeared in your conference system, please
follow the maintenance of the manual to check the common faults.
Warranty caused by the transport costs borne by the customer.
(2) Please call our after-sales service department, and inform the
following:
Your product model and name;
Symptoms (as detailed as possible);
Failure before and after the process.
(3) The company only provides products one year warranty period,
from
the date of purchase by the user (mainly to purchase invoices)
from the start.
(4) For one of the following situations, the warranty service will not be
implemented, but the maintenance service will be provided (for
maintenance fee only) :
Out of warranty;
Consumers improper use, custody, d
amage caused by maintenance;
Not the company designated maintenance unit damage caused by
demolition maintenance;
Warranty certificate and valid invoice;
Warranty certificate models and maintenance of product models
do not meet or modify the situation;
Damage caused by force majeure.
