7.Common faults and maintenance

1) When the panel keys cannot be operated, the central controller may be
online, disconnect the central controller and the PC console, then restart
the central controller.
2) Cannot connect with PC console through serial port cable or network
cable
a) There is a possibility that the input cable is disconnected or the connection
is poor. Please change the connection or re-insert the connection
b) Wrong choice of port number, reselect port number
3) If the POWER light is off, the operation does not respond, please check
whether the power input of the device is in good condition or the output
sound is disturbed. Please check if the input and output devices are well
grounded
4) When plugging in and out the conference unit, if there is any obvious static
electricity, it may be that the power ground of the equipment is not
grounded properly. Please earth it according to the correct ground way, or
it will damage the central controller easily and shorten the life of the
central controller
5) Panel buttons, the PC console cannot control, the central controller inside
may have been damaged, please send to the professionals for
maintenance.
