9. Grease tip of the paint needle (13) with gun
grease and insert through the piston (12) into
the needle set. Push manually careful for-
wards towards the nozzle.
10. Place greased spring pin (14) and the two
compression springs – small (16), large (15)
– which are inserted into each other, on the
paint needle (13).
11. Close housing with end plate (17).
12. Tighten the three screws with an Allen key with
4.5 Nm.
