Wating on user, or stopped due to misconnection.

Mode 1 (14.4V/0.8A) is selected.

Mode 2 (14.4V/3.8A) is selected.
COLD
Mode 3 (14.7V/3.8A) is selected.

3. Charging modes, protections
[1] CHARGING MODE SELECTION
When the mode selection button is repeatedly pressed, the charging
mode will cycle through the following sequence: (< 14Ah)
(> 14Ah) (COLD). There is a small delay before the selection takes
effect to allow the user to proceed. When the battery is fully charged
the charger continues the same trickle charge phase, even if the mode
is changed by the user. This is meant to protect the fully charged
battery from overcharging.
[2] MODE 1 (14.4V/0.8A;< 14Ah)
This mode is fit for charging small batteries with a capacity of less
than 14Ah. To charge the battery, connect the output connectors of
the charger to the battery with the right polarity. After selecting the
operation mode once the charging process can be started by pressing
the mode button. The corresponding LED (<14Ah) will light up and
after a short delay, if no further operation is conducted, the electronic
