CV40E ENAMEL PANEL INSTALLATION
Black Enamel Panels — Handling Instructions
•
Black Enamel panels must be inspected for scratches and dimples prior to installation.
All claims to be recorded at this time.
Claims for damage after installation will not receive consideration.

Black Enamel panels will discolor a little during normal operation. This is normal and should not be considered a defect.

All hand and finger marks
MUST
be cleaned off with a soft cloth. Use an ammonia based cleaner (ie. glass cleaner) to remove any fingerprints before
applying heat to the unit.
Failure to do this will result in burn stain on panels which you will be unable to remove.
*Not protected by product warranty.
1. Turn off unit and allow to cool to room temperature. Remove the safety glass
and firebox glass — see manual for instructions.
2. Install enamel inner firebox base panel as shown.
1. Turn off unit and allow to cool to room temperature. Remove the outer safety
glass — see manual for instructions.
2. Attach Regency logo to the right hand side of outer front panel. The magnets
will be positioned under the outer front base panel to secure the logo. Install
outer front base panel.

3. Install side panel - the side panel is secured in place by existing magnets
in the unit.
4. Reinstall outer safety glass.
3. Install back enamel panel - manoeuvre panel into unit and position
panel at back wall of firebox.
NOTE:
Side panels when secured, will hold back panel in position.
4. With back panel in position — install side panel.
Place panel bracket into slot located at top of panel. Place panel and
bracket in unit against the side wall. Slide keyhole bracket (installed
in panel) over screw in unit to secure side panel.
5. Repeat on opposite side.
