Note:
Do not rotate, stop, or block the platter by hand or in any other way. If
you move or bump the device without having secured the tone arm
with the
TONE ARM CLAMP (22)
, the tone arm could be damaged.
Put the protective cap on the clay needle when the device is not in
use.
REMARKS:
When playback is finished, the playback stops automatically and the
tone arm automatically returns to the
TONEARM SUPPORT (25)
.
To stop the record manually, lift the tonearm off the turntable and use
the
TONEARM LEVER (16)
to swivel it back to the
TONEARM
SUPPORT (25)
.
FM / AM MODE
1.
Select the desired frequency band with the
FM button (14)
or the
MW
button (12)
.
Example:
Press the
FM button (14)
to switch to the FM "radio" mode.
2.
Tune in the desired radio station with the
TUNING CONTROL (21)
.
Antenna
1.
There is an
ANTENNA (28)
on the back of the device for VHF reception.
2.
Align the
LURE ANTENNA (28)
so that the best reception is achieved.
Note:
For MW reception, the signals are received via a built-in ferrite
antenna. Align the device until the best reception is achieved.
FM stereo and mono reception
Stereo reception is possible if the tuned FM station broadcasts in stereo. The FM
STEREO LED (19)
lights up.
CD MODE
First steps
1.
Press the
CD / USB button (26)
to switch to "CD" mode.
2.
Press the
OPEN / CLOSE button (11)
to open the CD compartment.
3.
Insert a CD with the printed side facing up into the CD compartment and
press the
OPEN / CLOSE button (11)
again to close the CD compartment.
4.
The CD will then be read. Playback starts with the first track.
5.
Press the
PLAY / PAUSE button (2)
to pause playback and again to
continue playback.
6.
To stop playback, press the
STOP button (32)
. The number of tracks is
shown on the
LCD display (18)
. Press the
PLAY / PAUSE button (2)
to
continue playback.
