Assemble cargo basket. FIG. 1.
1. Place each half of cargo basket on a flat surface with the cargo mesh floor facing down as shown.
2. Slide the two halves together and attach the two steel end plates to the upright bars with the logo label facing the outside.
Use the M8 hex bolts, washers and lock nuts as shown (both sides). Tighten loosely at this time.
3. Place the support tube in between the two support rails on the bottom of the basket. Note, the support tube must be in the
rise position as shown.
4. Attach the tube to the bottom of the basket using the M12 hex bolts and lock nuts as shown.
5. Tighten all bolts. Torque the M12 bolts to 75 ft-lb. Torque the M8 bolts to 25 ft-lb.
