Unpowered Decent
The platform Manual Decent Crank (See Figure 2-5) is provided to:
Allow the machine operator to lower the platform in the event that the drill
motor loses power or contains insufficient power to lower the platform.
For emergency operation please see section 4 - Emergency Procedures.
