HOW TO USE THE STEREO SOUND SYSTEM

To play your own music or audio books through the
console’s stereo sound system while you exercise,
first locate the jack under the ledge on the console.
Plug an audio cable (not included) into the jack on the
console and into a jack on your MP3 player or CD
player; 

make sure that the audio cable is fully

plugged in.

Next, press the play button on your MP3 player or CD
player. Adjust the volume of the speakers using the
volume control on your MP3 player or CD player.
