In the Keil uVision IDE window, click on “Options for Target”.

In the new window that opens, click on the “Utilities” tab. Uncheck the “Use Debug
Driver” option.

Next, in the dropdown menu for “Use Target Driver for Flash Programming”, select
“CMSIS-DAP Debugger” and click “Settings”.

In the popup window, click “Add” and select the device name highlighted in the image
below. Click OK.
