Tires
If your chair is equipped with inflatable tires, check tire pressure monthly to confirm
that tires are inflated to the proper pressure. Keep the following points in mind:

12” x 3” drive tires, not to exceed 35 psi.
o
12” x 4” drive tires, inflate to 40 psi, not to exceed 50 psi.
o
Both tires should have equal pressure to ensure that the power wheelchair will drive and turn
correctly. Tires with uneven pressures will affect drive quality
