The switch offers a RS232 serial port for accessing the local management interface. Once
you have made a physical connection refer to the software user manual on how to access
the switch via this console port.

LED Control
Shorting out pins 5 and 6 on the RS232 connector will turn off all LEDs while
continuing regular switch operation. Leave pins 5 and 6 open for normal LED
function.
