Button description
1. °C / °F – temperature unit button
2. UP - pressing increases the set temperature by 1°C
3. DOWN - pressing decreases the set temperature by 1°C
4. Power buttons for soldering iron with tip and desoldering gun.
5. Soldering station power button (on the back of the device)
Displays description
• the display shows two temperature values - the lower one with the word SET
indicates the currently set temperature; the upper one with the word TEMP
indicates the current temperature of the soldering tip / air flow
• HEAT ON is displayed when the current temperature of the tip or the blown air is
lower than the set temperature
• WAIT is displayed when the difference between the tip / blown air and the
current temperature difference is higher than 10°C. This means that the
temperature control system is unstable and you should wait until WAIT
disappears before continuing.
• In case of incorrect operation, e.g. a damaged temperature sensor or when the
power cable of the soldering tip is disconnected from the soldering iron, the
display will show ERROR and a sound signal will be displayed.
OPERATION
1. Place the soldering station on stable, flat ground
2. Plug the soldering station into a power outlet and switch it on using the power
button on the back of the station.
Tip soldering
1. The soldering iron should be placed on a stand and connected to the central
unit.
2. The soldering iron should be turned on with the button next to the socket for
connecting the soldering iron.
3. Before the first use, tin the soldering tip. To do this, turn on the soldering iron,
melt a small amount of tin and, after reaching the temperature of 200°C, stick it
to the tip.
4. Use buttons to set temperature.
5. After finishing work, turn off the station with the power button and wait for the
soldering iron to cool down.
Desoldering
1. The desoldering gun should be placed on a stand and connected to the central
unit using power cable.
2.The second input is for air suction - attached adapter should be screwed on the
protruding thread and the second cable for the desoldering gun should be put
on it.
3.Use buttons to set temperature.
