Adjusting the Massage Angle:

Turn the massager off before adjusting the arm angle. Press the arm adjustment
button and adjust the massage arm to the next of the three positions available:
0°, 45°, 90°. The arm locks in and the button is released automatically. Repeat
these steps if you need to adjust the arm angle further.
