Loosen but do not remove the upper and

lower trailing arm hardware.

Support the axle with a suitable jack.

Remove the lower shock bolt.

Retain the factory mounting hardware.

Remove the shock top mounting

hardware. Remove shock from the vehicle

and dispose of the shock in an appropriate

manor.

Loosen the track bar mounting bolt at the

axle.
