Install the completed air strut assembly

using the supplied M10 serrated flange

nut.

To aid in the installation process be sure

to just start the M10 nuts, the strut will

need to move around during installation.

Locate the top strut extension and install

using the factory hardware.

Torque the factory hardware to

35 ft

-

lbs

.

Remove the clips retaining the air supply

line.

NOTE: Route the air line through the gap

in the spacer from the backside as the

spacer is installed. The line can be

tightened once the strut is installed.

Swing the lower control arm up and install

the factory lower strut bolt through the

lower control arm.

Do not tighten the lower strut bolt at this

time.

Tighten the top strut nuts.

Torque the M10 hardware to

35 ft

-
