Connection of an auxiliary heat source 

Only for UNICA S2 units, it’s possible to connect a third energy source (for example an external boiler). In this case the installer 
must disconnect the electric heater and its thermo cut-out (see the WIRING diagram on Paragraph 19.2) and use the power supply 
of the heater to give a consent through an external relay (not provided) to the external heat source or to directly supply an 
external dedicated pump. The max available output for OUT2 is 20 A resistive. Alternatively, the installer can foresee an external 
selector (electrically connected between the electric heater and the PCB) in order to choose if using the E-heater or the third 
energy source (see Paragraph 19.3).
