BEFORE REPLACING THE BRUSHES, REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE STARTER
PANEL, TO ENSURE THAT NO MOTOR CAN BE STARTED ACCIDENTALLY

Replacing the disc brushes

The brushes support has two inspection slots (A, B) used for check or replace the brush if necessary:
- open the cover and insert the hand trough the slot (A & B).
- extend the spring 1 to unlock the brush kit 2 from hub 3.
- fi t the (new) brush and lock it on the hub
- close the inspection slot by means of cover and knob.

Replacing the splash guard rubber from brush support

Remove screws 4 and plates 5 and replace the splash guard 6.
