Using Bag #7, slide the Adjustment Ring onto the Housing and secure with two 8/32-1/4” setscrews. Tighten the
setscrews so that the Adjustment Ring can be slid up and down with moderate finger pressure. Install the Top
Stop Pin Assembly into the Adjustment Ring. Placement of the Adjustment Ring is covered under
ADJUSTMENT
section 4, adjustment of the Top Stop Pin is ADJUSTMENT section 6. Thread the Stop Pin Nut into the Housing
and insert the Lower Stop Pin assembly. NOTE: Place a drop of light oil or grease onto the shafts of the Top and
Lower Stop Pins.
Using Bag #8, Attach the Cam assembly onto the Bracket with the two 8-32x3/8” BHCS so that it is centered and
square with the Top Stop Pin extending from the Housing. See photo for proper orientation and
ADJUSTMENT
section 5. Adjust the Top Stop Pin, see ADJUSTMENT section 6. Place the left and right Top Close Cams, angle
facing down, onto the Cam and loosely secure with the 10-24x1/2 Flat Head Cap screw. See ADJUSTMENT
section 7. Use grease to lubricate the vertical surface of the Cam.
Installation is complete.
