Unable to switch profiles via the Quick Control Panel after quitting the Razer Controller
Setup for Xbox app.
To recover the onboard function:
1. Press the menu button on your controller.
2. Select "Exit".
To recover the switch profile button:
1. Unplug your controller.
2. Re-plug your controller.
Note:
Button remapping and profile selection can be done through the app. This is to provide the
best user experience. Also, onboard profile switch and button remapping will not function when
the app is active or minimized
Razer is aware of this and is working closely with Microsoft for a resolution. In the meantime,
do the following:
1. Update the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app to v1.7.31.0 (PC).
2. Navigate the app with a keyboard or mouse.
