Combustion chamber cleaning
Remove the residues from the combustion chamber with a suitable ash vacuum, ensuring that the ash is
completely extinguished.
The combustion chamber of these Ravelli products is lined with refractory stone tiles. Refractory stone does not require any particular
maintenance, it only needs to be dusted with a brush if you wish to remove any ash that deposited during combustion.
It is not recommended to use abrasive sponges to clean stubborn build-up as this could scratch the surface.

The ash drawer must be cleaned (depending on the time of use of the stove and the type of wood used).
To clean the ash drawer, proceed as follows: open the door and remove the drawer as shown in the figure, vacuum the ash with an
appropriate vacuum cleaner.

Glass cleaning
Ceramic glass can also be cleaned with a dry cloth, or you can purchase a special glass cleaner from your authorised dealer. The
glass cleaner must be used as indicated. Never use cleaning agents with abrasive properties.

Extraordinary maintenance

Extraordinary maintenance activities must be carried out by staff from the Authorised Assistance Centre.

Do not wait for components to be deteriorated by use before proceeding with their replacement. Replace a worn
component before it is completely broken to prevent any damage caused by sudden component breakage.

Smoke conduit cleaning

This operation must be carried out by a Ravelli Assistance Centre. Schedule this type of cleaning with the Ravelli
Assistance Centre. The smoke conduit must be cleaned every 3 months.
