To avoid distortion or mismatching which could damage the amplifi-
er or the subsequent component, only devices with cinch inputs
may be connected to the cinch outputs.
Connect the connection OUT (8) with the
input of the subsequent component.
Operation
Active Duplexer
Model XCA 1500 and XCA 2000
The amplifier is provided with an active duplexer which allows to switch a high-pass
or a low-pass branch for the rear channels. One high-pass branch is provided for the
front channels.
The cut-off frequencies can be continuously adjusted.
Model XCA 1000 and XCA 1002
The amplifier is provided with an active duplexer which allows to switch a high-pass
or low-pass branch for the two channels.
The cut-off frequencies can be continuously adjusted.
The frequency duplexer switch
X-OVER (4) sets the operating mode of
the active duplexer.

FULL:
Active duplexer switched off, the
amplifier branch plays back the com-
plete frequency range
HPF:
High-pass duplexer switched on, the
amplifier branch only plays back the
frequency range above the frequency
set via the HPF (1) control unit.
LPF:
Low-pass duplexer switched on, the
amplifier branch only plays back the
frequency range below the frequency
set via the LPF control unit (2).
