Inflating Instructions
CAUTION: DO NOT OVER-INFLATE. Use of an air compressor
or over-inflation can rupture the tube beyond repair, thus
voiding the warranty.
Step 1
Lay Razor Duo on a flat surface. Make sure there are no sharp
objects under the product that might puncture the tube.
Step 2
Remove the fiberboard insert from the rooster tail device.
Note: It is highly recommended that you keep this insert to
place back into the rooster tail device during storage. Doing
so will help maintain the shape of the device.
Step 3
Pull back the edge of the cover and inflate the safety bladder.
After inflating, make sure the valve plug is fully seated and
pushed in so it is flush with the surface of the tube.
Step 4
Remove outer valve body from repair kit bag. Locate the Boston
valve underneath the square flap on the top of the cover
towards the rear of the tube. Screw in the outer valve body and
remove cap. Inflate using a hand pump or powered inflator until
it fills the space of the cover and the cover is taut around the
tube. Check cover positioning during inflation and adjust if
necessary. Install valve cap, ensuring it is seated squarely and
fully.
To deflate:
•
Unscrew entire valve body from base.
