RAVAK Co. or any other authorized firm, have carried out all the mentioned terms
regarding the installation and start-up of the massage system and at the same time have
informed the buyer of the service and safety in the use of the product.
An integral part of the guarantee are the instructions for use and protocol for the
performance and final check of the massage system.
The manufacturer is not responsible for an incompletely filled-out guarantee or for
unauthorized changes in the guarantee and claims in this case will not be acknowledged.
In making a claim, the guarantee is an important document and therefore it is necessary
to keep it in a safe place.
The guarantee is not extended to damages caused by the use of the product in any
way other than the recommended use by the manufacturer. The manufacturer is not
responsible for damages caused by the unprofessional installation of the hydromassage
system.
I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the terms of the guarantee,
the service instructions and all particulars of the guarantee.
This voucher must be completed by persons over 18 years old.

guarantee will be filed in the registered database of RAVAK Co. My personal data may
be used only for the purposes of RAVAK Co. and cannot be given to a third party. I also
