Programming a Button: Step by Step
You must observe the following steps when attempting to program any of the user-
definable command buttons:

Primary Commands require a two-digit "P" code, where the prefix "P" is
coupled with any two-digit number between 00 and 54. For example, the code
for Rewind would be P12.

Extended Commands require a three-digit "E" code, where the prefix "E" is
coupled with any three-digit number issued by the Rauland-Borg technical
service department. For example, the code for "RANVCR Panasonic AG1310"
would be E362.
1.
Use the
Primary
Code list (or call Rauland-Borg technical service for
Extended
commands) to determine the command code that you wish to assign
to a particular command button.
2.
Open the TMRC General Configuration window.
3.
Click on the button you wish to define.
4.
Enter the command code into the box provided at the right of the button.
5.
Click on the
Send MRC Data
button.

The data will be sent to the MRC7601.
6.
Repeat as necessary.
Editing a Button: Step by Step
You must observe the following steps when attempting to re-program or edit any of
the already defined user-definable command buttons:
1.
Use the
Primary
Code list (or call Rauland-Borg technical service for
Extended
commands) to determine the command code that you wish to assign
to a particular command button.
2.
Open the TMRC General Configuration window.
3.
Click on the button you wish to define.
