Error messages
The RS money scale counts your cash accurate and trustworthy. However, error messages may occur
for various reasons.
The error messages, as well as the procedure to rectify them, are detailed below:
Error Code Cause Procedure
OVERLOAD
A weight of more than 1kg was
placed on the money scale. Remove the complete weight from the
money scale and restart the weighing
procedure using a smaller amount.
Too many banknotes were at once
placed on the scale during the bank-
note counting procedure. Remove some of the bank notes and
continue the weighing process. Never
place more than 15 banknotes on the
scale at once (to start the process).
The coin cup is on the scale and you
want to count banknotes. The coin cup is not required to weigh
banknotes. Remove it from the cup
support and start the banknote
weighing procedure.
ERROR
A button was pressed during the
weighing procedure. The weighing procedure was can-
celled. Remove all the weight from the
cup support and restart the weighing
procedure.
More than 1 kg. was placed on the
scale. Remove the complete weight from
scale.
More than one coin roll was removed
within one step (in the coin roll opti-
on).The scale cannot identify the re-
moved coin rolls. Remove all coin rolls from the cup
support and restart the counting pro-
cedure.
SUSPECT CHK ROLL
The money scale cannot identify the
coin roll, it is either incomplete, it
has more coins than it should have
or there is a wrong coin inside. Remove the coin roll that was lastly
placed in the scale and check if it is
correct.
VIBRATION
The scale is switched on, and shows
this message instead of the standard
weighing mode. Place the money scale on a flat surface
and revise that no external parts affect
the position of the cup support.
