4. Operation Instructions
1. Take out all the accessories and insert the plug to the power socket. (
Note:
Pre-heat for 2-3 minutes
to obtain the optimum cooking performance.)
2. Place the food on the baking rack, then close the oven door. When cooking small pieces of food,
make use of baking tray to contain before putting onto the baking rack.
3. Select different functions by rotating the function knob.
4. Rotate the timer knob at desired time and operation will start. The heating elements will glow as
the oven temperature rises. If the cooking time is less than 5 minutes (e.g. 3 minutes), turn the timer
knob over 5 minutes then rotate back to the desired time.
5. When operation is completed, a bell will ring. The timer knob will shift back to “0” position
automatically. (
Note:
If you want to switch off the appliance during operation, turn the timer knob
to “0” position manually.)
6. If checking or flipping the food inside the cavity is needed, use oven gloves to avoid burns.
7. After use, unplug the appliance from the power socket.
Cooking Tips:
1. If cooking food which is greasy or rich in sauce, wrap the food with aluminum foil, place it on the
baking tray before putting onto the baking rack.
2. When using the baking rack, make sure the foods or residual are not fell over from the rack.
3. Frosted food may take longer time to cook. Adjust the cooking time according to the actual cooking
condition.
4. The cooking time is varied with different food temperature, types, quantity or shape, etc. Adjust
the cooking time according to the actual cooking condition.
5. Always pay attention to the food during operation to avoid burns and overcooked.
6. When cooking, steam may condense on the oven door glass. It is because water evaporates from
the food which is a normal phenomenon. Never rub the glass door with cold cloth during operation
or just after use, otherwise glass may crack.
7. To adjust the oven temperature, the heating elements are equipped with an auto power switching
device. The heating elements will be turned off temporarily when the desired temperature is reached
and switched on again when the cavity temperature declines. Do not take out the food during
operation, otherwise food may not be heated up adequately.
