1. Important Safeguards
Observe the following safety precautions when using the appliance. Failure or negligence in observing
these safety precautions could cause fire, electric shock or personal injury.
1.1 Note for first use
1. Remove all packaging materials. The appliance or accessories may have a protective film covering
the oven door, remove it carefully before use.
2. Check if there is any damage on the appliance. Ensure that the oven door can be closed properly,
cavity and interior door opening without any damage. If there is any damage, contact Shun Hing
Electric Service Center Ltd. for checking and repairing.
3. The appliance will not work properly if the power cord or plug is damaged. Or, if the appliance
is dropped, do not use and contact Shun Hing Electric Service Center Limited to check and repair
immediately.
4. Check the power cord to ensure it is dry and no sharp edges in contact with the oven rear.
Attention!
high temperature may damage the power cord.
5. User should operate the electric oven empty to eliminate the smell of the new unit by the below
procedures:
• Before connecting to the electricity, check if the time knob is at “0” position.
• Rotate the function knob to 1,000W(
) and the timer knob to “15” location, the operation
will start. Smoke and smell may appear during operation, which is a normal phenomenon, and
would not occur after using several times.
• Once finished, let it to cool down completely before use.

to clean the appliance and
accessories.
1.2 After usage
1. Turn off the appliance and power supply to avoid damage to the internal electronic components,
which may cause a fire. Never use wet hands to touch, insert or pull the plug out of the socket to
prevent electric shock.
2. Keep the appliance clear by pests control, dust and moisture protection, which prevents cockroaches
and other insects from entering the cavity, causing short circuit.
1.3 Important safety instructions
1. Do not leave the appliance unattended.
2. Make sure there is at least 20cm clearance above the oven top surface; at least 10cm clearance of
surroundings to allow adequate ventilation. Do not operate the appliance insider or under a cupboard
or shelf.

Note!
If there is smoke or fire, keep the oven door closed to suffocate the flames. Turn off and unplug
the appliance under safe situation or cut off the electricity supply!
4. Do not spread oil on the baking tray to avoid smoke or fire. Overheated fat or oil can catch fire
easily. When roasting meat, heating oil during operation is very dangerous! To extinguish burning
oil or fire, never use water or any liquid (it may explode). Put out the flames with a damp cloth and
keep doors and windows closed.
5. When cooking foods which is greasy or marinated with sauce (e.g. raw meat, deep-fried food, etc.),
wrap the food with aluminum foil and put them on the baking tray. Make sure the aluminum foil
does not touch the heating elements, it is to avoid causing fire as a result of food grease or sauces
from spilling onto the heating elements.

Warning!
Do not use alcohol when using the appliance. Otherwise, food may overheat and cause
explosion!
7. Never put inflammable materials (e.g. paper or cardboard) or sealed containers (e.g. plastic, cans or
glass bottles) inside the cavity when in use.
