Button Mounting of Zero-U Raritan PM Units
1.
Determine appropriate spacing for the mounting buttons in your
rack or cabinet (all Raritan PM vertical PDUs have standard spacing
of 61.25 in. and 64.75 in. center to center).
2.
Fasten the button mounts to the back of the Raritan PM.
3.
Align the buttons with the mounting holes in the rack or cabinet,
ensuring that both buttons can engage their mounting holes
simultaneously.
4.
Press the Raritan PM forward through the mounting holes, and then
let the PDU drop about 5/8ths of an inch to complete installation.
Powering On
1.
Plug the PDU into an appropriately rated and protected branch
circuit receptacle.
2.
When a Raritan PM is powered on, the LED Display will come on.
Note that all outlets are now LIVE.
Connecting Raritan PM to a Computer for Setup
1.
Connect a crossover cable to the LAN port on the Raritan PM.
