Wiring
The wiring of the cables occurs at the coded connection plugs of the control panel. The control panel does not need to be
opened for this purpose.
Fig. 6.1 Electrical connection plugs
•
The standard-assembly control panel is equipped with
two burner connection cables with plugs for level 1 and
level 2.
These cables are clamped to the left or right-hand cable
attachments in the side jacket and run to the burner
under the middle of the front plate.
•
Electrical connections carried out by user should be
made to the corresponding plugs in the control
panel. We recommend first pulling out one of the required
plugs (e.g. mains plug) from the front of the panel and
then connecting each individual wire according to the
plug description. Then continue by wiring the next
component (e.g. pump No. 1), and so on.
•
Connect the
boiler sensor
to the marked cable on the
control panel (sensor elements). To do this, push the
clamp downwards, the cable is fed in and the clamp
released again.

The electrical connections are to be made to the following
plugs:
power supply:
mains plug
heating circulation pump
radiator circuit DK1:
pump No. 1 plug
storage charging pump:
charging pump plug
heating circulation pump
mixing valve circuit MK2:
pump No. 2 plug
mixing valve motor MK2:
mixing valve No. 2 plug
Outer sensor:
AF plug
Storage sensor:
SF plug
Advance sensor MK2:
plug VF-MK 2
•
To install the rapidomatic first unscrew the blind
screen.in the control panel, on the right hand side. Now
connect the plugs in the control panel to the controller.
Finally, the controller is placed in the control panel
recess and screwed down.
•
When operating, set the boiler temperature regulator to
90° C. Set the auto/man/TÜV-switch, the pump switch
water supply and the pump switch circuit 1 to position
auto.

Dangerous electrical current!
Ensure that all electrical parts are dead
during installation!
The control panel may only be installed by
authorized specialists!
For the electrical supply of the control
panel,an external heating safety switch must
be installed, which ensures a disconnection
from the local power supply.
The cables used for the electrical connection
of the control panel should have such
diameters that guarantee the safe and
reliable strain relief function of the plugs.
When laying cables, do not under any
circumstances install sensor cables and 230 V
cables in the same conduit cable
.
The factory must ensure that the installation
and positioning guarantee that incoming and
outgoing cables are not damaged by strain
while maintaining and cleaning the
installation.
