Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
According to DIN 4755 and DIN 4756 each oil/gas-fired
system must be checked at least once per year by a
person authorized by the manufacturer or any other
specialist for reasons of operational readiness, functional
safety and efficiency. During this inspection the
combustion data must be checked and, if necessary,
readjusted. The heating installation room must be clean,
dry and ventilated. Depending on the fuel properties the
boiler must be cleaned at certain intervals, however, at
least before each start of the heating period.
1 Shut down the boiler.

5 Remove the combustion residues through cleaning
openings

on the flue gas collection box.
6 Close burner door and cleaning openings, assemble
the front casing.
7 Clean and service the blast burner as specified by
the manufacturer.
8 Restart the boiler.
9 Check the combustion data.
10 Check flue gas duct and safety devices of the boiler.
3 Unscrew the four brass nuts and open the boiler
door.
4 Clean the fuel gus draughts and remove the
combustion residues.
