2. Maintenance items every 10 working hours or daily
A. Engine crankcase
Please
don’t
feed
the engine crankcase
too
full
i
n order
to
avoid
engine
damag
e. P
lease
check
the
engine
oil
section
when
the
machine
is
on
the
flat
ground
before
starting
the
engine.
Also,
check
the
engine
oil
section
after
working
,
about
30
minutes
after
the
engine
has
stopped.
Whatever
the
replace
ment
period
is
,
please
change
the
dirty
or
alternative
engine
oil
as
soon
as
possible.
B.
Engine
cooling
system
Disassemble
the
fluid
feeding
lid
slowly
to
release
the
pressure,
and
observe
the
cooling
fluid
level.
C.Hydraulic system
Attention
Please
pay
attention
to
the
following
items
when
you
check
the
oil
level:
hydraulic
tank
at
the
working
temperature.
Hot
oil
may
cause
scald
ing
.
So,
if
the
oil
is
hot,
please
don’t
disassemble
the
oil
tank
lid
from
the
hydraulic
oil
tank.
It
will
damage
the
oil
pump
as
the
air
go
es
into
the
system.
D.
Travel
System
Check
if
there
is
wear
or
loos
e
bolts
on
the
chain
wheel,
thrust
wheel,
directive
wheel,
crawler
shoes,
or
drive
chain
wheel.
Listen
if
there
is
an
unusual
noise
when
the
machine
is
traveling
on
the
wide
ground
slowly.
Warning
Please
check
and
perform
maintenance
if
you
find
unusual
wear
noise.

Maintenance

50
hours

every
week
Inject
the
grease
lubricant
to
the
lubricant
oil.
4.
Maintenance
items
every
100hours
Check
the
engine
fixed
bolt
for tightness.
