State (SV ID)
Changes the SV ID state on-the-fly.
Per default, only visible satellites can be included in the constellation. SV ID for that
> "Off" cannot be activated.
Tip:
Pressing the ON/OFF TOGGLE key has the same effect on the selected SV ID.
