2. Connect the Tx connectors to the "Tx IF Out" of the radar echo generator.
There are two ways to use the Tx connectors:
● Variant 1:
Connect the transmit signal to the "Tx
∑
" connector. In that case, all transmit
antennas share the same signal.

● Variant 2:
Connect the transmit signal to the "Tx A" to "Tx D" connector. In that case,
each antenna segment can transmit a different signal.

3. Connect the Rx antennas to the "Rx IF In" of the radar echo generator as required.
Keep in mind that the receive antennas always receive the signal.
If you want to feed only a single receive signal into the radar echo generator, con-
nect the "Rx Select" to one "Rx IF In".
You can also use the "Rx Select" connector to connect other external devices like a
spectrum analyzer.
4. Connect the frequency reference (input or output) to the radar echo generator if
you want to synchronize the reference frequencies.
