Fast Access Knobs
The two knobs on the front panel are designed to provide fast access to a (prede-
fined) set of settings that you are using regularly, and change these settings with-
out using the user interface. Each knob can carry several different functions.
You can find a comprehensive description of the fast access knobs in the User
Manual.

RF Inputs (50
Ω
)
The R&S
ESW provides two RF inputs for connection of a device under test
(DUT) to the R&S
ESW. The DUT is connected to the RF Input via cable and an
approriate connector (for example a male N connector).
The first RF Input supports a frequency range from 2
Hz to f
max
and an attenua-
tion range from 0
dB to 75
dB. The second RF Input supports a frequency range
from 2
Hz to 1
GHz and an attenuation range from 10
dB to 75
dB. Attenuation
levels greater than
10 dB at RF Input 2 are only possible when the pulse limiter is
not active (refer to the User Manual for more information).
